HOW
TO ORDER AGRE BIOMATERIALS
An access application
which contains a statement of indemnification must be completed and approved
prior to a researcher using the services provided by the AGRE. An access application
application may be completed online.
The completed
access application is returned to AGRE for review and then forwarded to the
Research Review Committee. A decision will be made within approximately one
week. Upon approval of the application, a code number is assigned to the researcher.
The code number must be used when placing orders for all biomaterials and information
from AGRE.
Orders for biomaterials
(DNA, cell lines, and serum) are placed directly through AGRE by emailing
your order to
orders@agre.org. Please FAX a copy of
an approved purchase order to 323-931-1977.

Shipping and packaging
charges are not included in the purchase price for shipments. Shipments
will have costs added to the invoice at the time of billing. Domestic shipments
are via Federal Express with a guaranteed
second day delivery.
* Please Note: Serum samples are NOT available for every family in the AGRE
repository. Please contact the Researcher
Liaison for sample availability.
